Cancellation Policy

At Ramanu Global Export Private Limited, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient experience for our clients. As we deal in bulk orders and customized exports, cancellations are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Cancellation by the Buyer

1.1 Standard Orders

• Buyers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of order placement, provided that processing has not commenced.
• Once production, packaging, or dispatch has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

1.2 Customized & Special Orders

• Orders involving customized products, private labeling, or special manufacturing cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• If a cancellation request is made before raw material procurement, we may consider cancellation at our discretion, subject to applicable charges.

1.3 Cancellation Fees

• If an order is canceled after raw materials have been procured or production has started, a cancellation fee may apply based on incurred costs.
• Any non-refundable expenses related to sourcing, processing, or logistics will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Order Cancellation by Ramanu Global Export Private Limited.

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Unavailability of raw materials or unexpected supply chain disruptions.
• Failure to receive payment within the agreed payment terms.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance issues restricting exports to the destination country.
• Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, political instability, or unforeseen operational challenges.

If Ramanu Global Export Private Limited cancels an order, a full refund will be issued unless the cancellation is due to a breach of contract by the buyer.

3. Refund & Reimbursement

• Eligible refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
• If an order is canceled after partial processing, the refund will be issued only for the unprocessed portion.
• No refunds will be provided for custom-manufactured or specially labeled products once production has commenced.

4. Order Modifications

• Buyers may request modifications to an order within 48 hours of confirmation, subject to feasibility.
• Modifications may result in changes to pricing, delivery timelines, or additional costs.
